General food prep
HOW you cook food is just as important as what you eat. It truly makes a big difference for your skin, your digestion, your energy. For example, if your skin, nails, hair are super dry, then roasting everything will make your food more drying to your body. We'll talk about all the ins and outs of how to have luxurious skin, hair, nails, as well as poops through seasonal cooking/prep instruction.

Traditional Chinese Medicine seasonal remedies for prevention and treatment, including herbs, supplements, and other recommendations. Keeping a medicine cabinet full of herbal medicine and teas helps us be prepared when illness strikes. It leads to getting over colds and flu more quickly and staying healthy.

Use our seven-day meal plan as a template for the rest of the month. Make a couple of recipes each week, or do the entire seven days upfront. Then, if you like them, grab our 21-day meal plans.
