Our founder, Lindsey Thompson, is a licensed acupuncturist trained in nourishment and East Asian medicine with a deep understanding of how nutrition supports our bodies. For nearly a decade, she’s been crafting meal plans for her patients, helping them work towards various health goals. And together, they’ve witnessed incredible results. Patients have lowered their cholesterol. Folks who menstruate have overcome PMS and shortened the duration and intensity of their flows. Patients who were constantly catching every cold have rebuilt a robust immune system. So food can indeed be our first medicine.

But as both a small business owner and a proud parent, Lindsey also knows first-hand how little time we have in our overbooked modern lifestyles to meal plan, let alone incorporate the elements of seasonal eating. This is why our team is excited to be releasing this series of meal plans based on East Asian medicine. We’ve combined tantalizing foods that address the common health issues that pop up each season with cooking styles to protect your organs and revitalize your health. All you have to do is print out the grocery list, hit the store, and then follow the recipes on the calendar of meals.

Choose between our monthly meal plan for general health called Nourish Your Organs, or our Healthy Heart Meal Plan for individuals that are ready to combine the Mediterranean and DASH diets with East Asian medical nutrition, or one of the menstrual health meal plans if you suffer from PMS or a heavier flow than you’d like. Formerly called the Nourish Your Organs Meal Plan, this meal plan is updated monthly to keep you eating in tune with the seasons following acupuncture and East Asian medicinal theory.
